Pull into the station for Coffee & Refreshments Begins at 6:30 with coffee & fellowship in our main foyer. Come connect with friends, and bring new ones along.
Drive over to the Pump for some High Octane After a time of fellowship, we will move into the worship center for an encouraging devotion that will begin with a time of praise and worship.
Repositioning our GPS We will then transition into a time that we call “Praying for the Nations.” Each week we will spotlight a country and a missionary to be prayed for as well as a section of Abilene and a local school.
The Refueling should last roughly 1 hour and give you enough fuel to get you through the week until the next Sunday.
Our purpose to Love God, Love People, and Serve Both is derived from the Great Commandment (Matthew 22:37-40) and the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20). We believe to be a well-rounded disciple of Christ who is fulfilling our purpose we need to be involved in all aspects that are diagrammed in the chart to the right. It is understood that each of these areas of worship, discipleship, fellowship, ministry and evangelism will overlap and do not take place just on certain days. We hope, for example, that you will worship every day of the week. However, when we as a church collectively come together we want to make sure that we are developing well-rounded believers.
