Kevin Kennedy | Lead Pastor
Pastor Kevin came to Trinity from the Concord Baptist Church in North Wilmington, DE in 1979. He served as Youth Pastor, then Associate Pastor, then became Lead Pastor in 1991. He and his wife, Pam, have two sons and daughters-in-law, Chad & Erin, Ryan & Whitney, and three grandchildren, Piper, Reed, and Ellie.
Phil Webber | Associate Pastor
Phil joined the Trinity team in August of 2020. He is a graduate of Baptist Bible College and has a Master of Arts and Religion in Church Ministries from Liberty Baptist University. He has worked full-time in church ministry since 1987. Phil and his wife, Wendi, have three grown children and three grandchildren.
Jeff Stewart | Worship Pastor
Jeff has served on staff since 2015. He is a graduate from Baptist Bible College with a degree in Music/Worship and has a graduate degree from Pensacola Theological Seminary in Music/Worship. Jeff is married to Debra and they have two sons and daughters-in-law, Zach & Mariah and Nate & Ashlynn, and one grandson, Jackson.
Joe Roberts | Student & Family Pastor
Joe loves spending time with his wife Jeri and their two kids, Kyle & Bailey. He is also very passionate about the church! The church is where real life experiences can shape not only who we are but also who we are becoming. The church, like a family, should be a place of safety and a place to belong.
Pam Kennedy | Women's Ministry
Pam and Kevin have served together in ministry since they were married at the age of nineteen. Pam assists with our Ladies Ministries at the church as well as serving as one of our Administrative Assistants.
Wendi Webber | Children's Ministry
Wendi joined the Trinity team in August of 2020. She has a degree in business and over 30 years in church ministry experience. In addition to bookkeeping and children's ministry, Wendi is a writer, musician, and speaker.
